Our main purpose that both our buyers and our business benefit in a sustainable way, there' this specific Dell deal that we buy with the 10% diso.... same as everyone else, but you forget to mention the remaining 99.99% of our other deals that we buy at full cost, most of them with commissions, and some of them we even cover taxes for ppl who want to send them to FL instead of DE.
At the end of the day, our focus is on securing deals that make financial sense for us and our buyers. We’re always open to feedback and appreciate the discussion.
You're misunderstanding the point being made -- there's no issue with the deal being offered, same as it's equally fine that any other group do it, it's that you dress it up as if it's not a below offer deal and then claim that you don't do things that other groups do as a sales pitch -- even though you do, albeit at smaller scale. That's why I don't mention the other deals -- because I take issue with the false narrative.
