Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley has been announced as the brand's first ski resort, and is due to open next door to the Pioche Village Condominiums on Mayflower Mine Road in mid-2026 with 180 rooms, a signature destination restaurant, après-ski lounge, grab and go coffee shop, and a rooftop lounge with mountain views.
