Nope, same connection for years at home. This seems to be sporadic and its on DL's side... and also appears to occur more when I am doing multiple searches in a fairly short period. Its like the DL server decides to block me because I'm searching different days for cash vs miles, one ways etc.
I just had it happen at work this morning as well a couple times after I was searching for flights, then it went away and worked again.
Not to get technical/geeky on you, but this def sounds like the Incapsula problem (it's blocking the shop > book flow based on network connection or some logic).
(my home IP was greylisted by them for a bit; I opened a case with Hertz who somehow got them to unblock me)
