Never had ANY previous issue with driver's license validation check. 100% clean driver's license for all 39 years straight that I've had a driver's license. I went to the Tennessee Department of Motor Vehicles website as well and performed a 15-second online check using my license # and my date of birth and it immediately returned a status of "VALID", so Budget's validation check system they used the other day is faulty/incorrect.

And I was notified 2 days ago that I'm receiving a full refund of the difference between the Budget Rental Car cost of $112 & the outrageous nearly-$700 Hertz charged me. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. I was NOT letting that situation go unresolved.
