Looking for DP or advise. I have a 3 night stay reserved at a SLH hotel in Tulum using HH points.
I want to add an additional night using FNC but there is no availability for that additional single night but there is availability when booking for 3 nights.
I tried modifying my existing reservation for 4 nights but it shows no availability. Transferred some MR but want to instead use FNC.
I've been in touch with both HH and the hotel. Hotel's response is "our room inventory is open to book and we do not have a minimum stay restriction for your travel dates" but both HH and I can't' see availability and HH is not able to override.
I've tried HUCA and asked to transfer to Diamond desk but they were helpless...
I appreciate the min night stay which apparently the hotel has actually denied of putting so wonder who decides these unfriendly member policies. This is frustrating as I'm already staying with them for 3 nights hope there was a way...
