I predict this conversation is going to be an interesting one

original booking is YYJ-YYZ-YVR-YOW//YOW-YVR-YYZ-YYJ for ~$885 in PE (~13000 base miles; ~19500 EQM), with ~52 hrs turn time in Ottawa

PD retimed the YVR<>YOW flights (morning out / evening back became mid-day out / morning back), so I lose ~6 hrs day of arrival and virtually the entire day on return

while flight search still shows some intriguing (though far less lucrative in terms of distance) options to YOW, I’d rather turn around at YUL to keep close to the original schedule
