But, but shouldn't this have been taken up with the agent at the counter during check-in, instead of berating the FA attendant (and she was a very professional FA) when they got to their seats? Why should I have to endure the ire of someone who sees me as an obstacle because I paid extra to sit in a seat where I wanted to? I don't think post-boarding is a good time to start concerning yourself with where you are seating, especially if it is important.
