I booked SEA-YEG-YOW and YOW-YYJ-SEA yesterday on the Alaska app; based on the quoted post, I clicked “Change reservation” and got the “This reservation is not eligible for change” popup on each

I also get the same message when trying to change an all-PD itinerary booked in late Jan, so apparently online change and cancellation is limited to PD-only bookings made on or after 14 Mar
