Called DM line to have changed to better alternatives which DL was happy to do but agent and supervisor insisted we requalify for F and of course all earlier flights have “no availability, you’ll have to waitlist again”.

Any other recent data points? Anyone get a friendly DM agent to override this? Funny an auto rebook can do this but not a manual one….
