Avios are Locked

On Mar 12 I attempted to transfer some points from BA to QA so I could buy a ticket on QA. I did this after paying £50 to consolidate family avios in order to have sufficient. While I was at it I also paid to boost a few. Those paid transactions went through fine. The first attempt at transferring was on the QA website and that failed. I don't recall the specific error message. I then tried via BA Estore.. That failed citing suspicious activity. After figuring out that the only option was to text chat via the app to seek help I messaged an agent. It's still not working and I have had an attempt every day and messaged every day. The stock response is pretty much always that the system is fine and I need to wait a few days and it will work. Is that really as good as it gets? Is there really no way to get it sorted? The fact that they could happily take the fee and then effectively lock my account for no fathomable reason is extremely grating. Not to mention that I have probably lost the flight now. Does anyone have any suggestions or do I really just have to leave it until say Friday and try again?
