LA Airbus fleet has been equipped with WiFi - so on domestic and international flights on LA narrowbody you should have WiFi.
WiFi on longhaul aircraft (767, 777 and 787) is almost non existent - there are a few planes equipped but the probability that you'll have WiFi aboard your MEX-LIM flight are very slim.
