Back here again. Club lounge remains beautiful but packed even now at 330. I won't be here during regular evening hours but I can imagine it being a zoo because the views are wonderful and there is flee flow ruinart all day. I'm surprised they haven't moved the CL to a 2nd floor like, cheaper location like the JW Marriott HK did. Probably just a matter of time as there are too many globalists these days in this part of the world.
GM came directly over to me to welcome me at the lounge which was nice. He wasn't going table to table so someone clearly told him I had arrived and he came by to say hello.
Service as always is excellent. I ordered a s class Mercedes airport pick up which was nice. Hotel didn't have extra water for me in my room which was surprising - almost every hotel except the cheap ones know to put extra water in.
Didn't have any suites. So this is the first time I didn't get an upgrade to a suite in a year or two with Hyatt except at cheap properties. Room is small and just so so. Like the hotel, it's getting old.
It's a nice property and service is excellent but I've never gotten a suite here in all my years of coming. That is an outlier for my experience with Hyatt. It's a good property and I can reconnend it but I wouldn't recommend if very expensive compared to HR TST.
