The best months are November-May. Hurricanes are rarely a problem in June but the humidity is, and it gets worse as the summer progresses. July/August are hot and humid but hurricanes are still quite rare before Labor Day. The worst months for hurricanes are September and October.

Of course there are always exceptions, we were in Cabo in June when a hurricane hit the resort (no damage thankfully). So nothing is 100%.
