Quite possible, especially since Evolve Bank (the bank they use to process rent payments) has been caught in all sorts of (public) regulatory and legal issues and has had other "fintech" clients end their relationship with them.

Yeah, not sure what the real deal is. I suspect Bilt is switching to a different bank resulting in "expiration" of existing rent payment account.
