Due to happen this year. Roll out was delayed due to the cyber attack on TFL who are manging the project on behal of the DoT

But to clarify this is a rollout of contactless and not Oyster. Oyster isn't equiped to handle this due to limitations within its zonal system which wasn't designed for this sort of expansion.
