Effective October 1, 2004, we will provide faster, more effective telephone assistance for all Elites. Our Elite Priority Lines will now be connected to a dedicated desk with customer service representatives specially trained to answer questions pertaining to our Elite travelers. These highly trained representatives are our most qualified agents and will be dedicated to providing our Elite members the highest level of service.
BusinessFirst mileage upgrade service fees.
Economy Class travelers will continue to have an opportunity to redeem miles to upgrade to our premium BusinessFirst cabin regardless of the fare purchased.+ Because of declining international Economy fares, upgrade service fees from our lower fares will increase++ for all requests made beginning January 1, 2005.
