I'm heading there in a couple of weeks and will be in Bologna for a week. We have reservations at Trattoria Da Me (Michelin recommended) and was also able to make a reservation for lunch at Franceschetta (Massimo Bottura restaurant) in Modena. Will try to remember to post more when I get back in early April.
