About to get on the AA JFK to LHR daytime flight for the first time as I type this. Hope it isn’t more than an hour late (or it won’t take off) and, of course, as stated above, this really only works for LHR as final destination or if you are ok with overnighting in the UK for a connection tomorrow.

update - nearly 120 empty seats on a 777-200 so if you are in main cabin and like to spread out this may be a good flight. PE is half empty. Biz is full of course. Sure they cleared some upgrades at the prior windows.
