My faux pas for not updating on this.. I arrived there the LAST day they were closed. I talked to the lounge manager, and he said the fault was.. JAL moving so slow to order the right parts to fix the water heater for the showers. Slow approval process etc. They were to fix it that day (and I was there early AM). Anyway, there's the story, and I should have shared this earlier.
Just a question tho, is the shower still usable if one still insists on having cold shower (not fun thing to do so but I did few time in winter month when heater was broke down)?
If I am not mistaken there is like only two shower room for the whole regular and also the diamond/first class lounge.
