also a Subfleet of 4+ aircraft might make sense. I dont work in rev mgmt and I dont know anything, but this might work on other routes aswell. SYD-JFK is 9500+ miles, PER-LAX 9300+, PER-DFW 10500, so same distance as LHR-SYD.

worse case scenario is they throw some routes on the market and see what sticks / gets accepted by the pax.
for BA, I dont see any other route besides LHR-SYD that might work. but im happy to hear suggestions.
