There have been several renditions of this dish over the last few years. This one was quite sweet, rich, and heavy - so much that I only could eat half of it. I’m normally a big sweets fan and never turn down dessert or food in general, but this one I couldn’t finish. It was tasty, just heavy. It tasted better than it looked - the ricotta became a soupy mess during the reheating process. The chicken sausage was quite good too, though I wish there had been an extra piece to have more of a salt component to balance out the sweet. Standard yogurt and granola bowl. The banana muffin was quite good as well.

Great ATL based crew. Full PDB and attentive service on the short-ish meal flight.
