They are making changes to the 737-800 exit row as part of the reconfiguration to expand premium seating. Sometimes seat maps default to a 737-800 when you are booking that far in advance (6 months in this case). So, basically 737-800 is a placeholder seatmap when they aren’t sure if the flight will be operated by a 738 or 739.
