whatever she said make no difference i believe , because last time i got difference amount as what she said . i think the final amount is calcuate by customer services , and was depends on the team , not on-board anymore.

i guess : when she do the compsenstaion , she need to do the report , and after the report reach the department , then they do the compensate according the situation. so whatever number she said will make no difference for the result.
i got 3000am on a flight that the whole flight tv system is not working for half of the time , and the wifi not working too.
