Malfunctioned IFE
On a CX long haul flight to North America in (fully booked) business class right now, my IFE TV is not working at all. The ISM found a staff travelling in Business cabin who is willing to switch seat with me (half way thru the flight). I declined and the ISM said she will check and offer me Asiamiles compensation. What is the reasonable Asiamiles compensation amount? Thanks
PS. The ticket is an asiamiles redemption if it makes any difference.
