Think SQ UK had an event recently in London for PPS and the chef was Monica Galetti who was / is also designing J & F dishes for SQ IIRC as part of a seasonal offering. I know a TPP who was invited and it was a great even apparently.
Haven't tried her dishes onboard as I'm not an LHR flyer, but sounded interesting, so coming back to the offerings out of FRA/ MUC, they aren't any good at all. No way to dress it up.
