Stayed for 2 nights in February. Staff is excellent and well trained. rooms could use some updating, bathrooms have been updated. Great location to get anywhere in Christchurch. We were able to stay for a reasonable amount of points and we had 3 persons in a room with no issues. Paid for rollaway, but they did not charge for additional breakfast. Would definitely return (and am a return traveler to NZ) so good to see options expanding in NZ. Sent a survey after our stay and in a day there was a personal email from the hotel thanking us for feedback and commenting on our comments Service is clearly a priority here. A big upgrade in all respects from the doubletree in CC.
