My son had travel to the middle east that was impacted by the Gaza war for four AC stock AC latitude flights in August Sept and Oct last year. We had to redirect him on other AC flights via Dubai on 014 stock but for each leg they mangled the SQD. The net result was that he shows at year end 2024 with 48,000 SQM and 2,900 SQD and a demotion from 35k status to no status in 2025 when the SQD for 2024 should be closer to 6,000. We immediately filled out the SQD form after each flight posted incorrectly and recieved no response and nothing was corrected. We then again we resubmitted the SQD form for all four flights in December with the same lack of response or corrections. We then submitted a status review request in early January and there has been no response. We sent a customer care form in about 30 days ago detailing all of this and today received a response saying that they have not done anything on the file and providing links to the SQD form and the Status Review form! He has latitude TAL travel coming up in two weeks and with no eupgrades in his account has not been able to request any upgrades. We are at wits' end! Any suggestions????
