Well, it has been hit and miss. Of course, we have gotten upgrade every time, but rarely to suite. Being VIP breakfast has always been included. We have gotten room gift most of the times but usually it hasn't been anything memorable. Let see my last visits been in amsterdam, brussels, antwerp, stockholm, gothenburg, helsinki, tallinn, riga.

Park Inn, Amsterdam - We were upgraded from standard to junior suite. Complimentary water bottles, chocolates, and bag of chips.

Radisson RED, Brussels - We were upgraded from standard to superior. Room gift was two chocolate candy bars, two bags of nuts, and of course complimentary water bottles.

Radisson Blu, Antwerp - We were upgraded from standard to premium with a view to a beautiful train station. Room gifts were belgium chocolate and complimentary water bottles.

Radisson Blu, Stockholm airport - Standard to Superior with runaway view. Room gift was bag of swedish dried bread.

Radisson Blu Scandinavia, Gothenburg - Standard to Junior suite with a balcony. No room gift. No complimentary access to the lounge or spa.

Radisson Blu Seaside, Helsinki - Standard to superior. The hotel was mostly fully booked. Complimentary water bottles.

Radisson collection, Tallinn - Standard to Junior suite with a sauna. Room gift was sparkling wine and plate of chocolates.

Park Inn Central, Tallinn - Standard to suite. Room gift was some chocolates and you guessed it complimentary water bottles.

Radisson Blu Latvija, Riga - Standard to superior. Room gift was sparkling wine and fruit bowl. Complimentary access to spa.
