I'm usually really good at navigating software, but trying to find my points expiry date in the current system had me completely stumped! Was that perhaps an intended result of the redesign?
P.S. The help document at choicehotels.com still says the way to find points expiration is to navigate to the "My Statements area," which no longer exists.
