Had the Sablefish on YYZ-ZRH today as my breakfast and it was excellent. Fish was moist and flaky and sides were well done. Curry sauce is tasty and doesn't overwhelm the fish. Highly recommend. Sorry forgot to take a picture.
The SD also mentioned that there is an "unpublished" beef option (pre-order?) that is worth trying.
Point being, the sablefish by virtue of its fatness resists being overcooked/over-reheated very well. Without getting dry, like most fishes do, especially halibut.
So, very suitable for plane food. Especially as treated by AC. :-)
BTW it's also sustainable fishing I believe.
