I do know there was this post back in 2023 where it said if we have an OCI then the 6 month validation does not apply.

I also know that there is a case where India does not require this rule at all for a visa that is already validated. (TITAMIC, IATA) states that when traveling to India your passport and visa has to be valid during the time of travel.

is that still accurate? Also what airline did you fly in? I am flying in eithad.
