The problem is that the lounge manager truly cared, and in my experience (when I've had these conversations), they go back and talk to their staff and an immediate change happens. But the change only lasts either until the end of the shift of the staff on duty, or until the lounge manager changes. Most of the lounge staff, in my experience, just doesn't want to put in the effort and only do so when the pressure is right on them. This could be from the lounge manager, or from us as well sometimes. It's really sad, because the flashes of brilliance are there and when they happen, it's really good.
indeed I have had some great experiences there but most have been less then ideal. A few irrops saves in AMS at the desk etc
