I'm looking to redeem my next J flight with SQ from Singapore to Sydney. Sq has 4 daily flights to Sydney.

Frequent flyer on the route which flight do you recommend? I'm thinking if I should redeem sq221 which departs at 8pm arriving at 7am but with 2 meals. I don't think we will be able to get sufficient rest and will be awaken by the crew for the refreshment meal? The only benefit I can think of is having a full day in Sydney but we won't be able to check into our hotel for some rest till mid afternoon.
