2025 Mar (morning departure)

Breakfast (note: it was served soon after take off)
Seasonal fresh fruits, fruit yoghurt, bakery, fruit preserve and butter
served with your choice of:
  • scrambled eggs with pork sausage, roasted tomato, backed beans and roasted potatoes; or
  • dim sum selection: shrimp dumpling, pork siu mai, beef ball and chicken glutinous rice
To finish with coffee, tea, Hong Kong-style milk tea


Lunch (note: it was served mid flight)
marinated cherry tomatoes with preserved plum, bread and butter
Served with your choice of:
  • stir-fried chicken with Lao Gan Ma spicy chilli crisp, mixed mushrooms with celtuce, egg fried rice; or
  • seafood fusilli pasta with lobster sauce; or
  • roasted vegetable tagine with couscous
To finish with seasonal fresh fruit, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, tea and coffee

Snacks
Hong Kong egg tart
available between meals, with a selection of drinks

Other items available upon request

Y was only half full. In-flight service was BEYOND OUTSTANDING, one of the very best post COVID. All ranks of cabin crew proactively offered multiple rounds of drinks and snacks (yes even saw ISM in Y cabin).

The only short-coming was the mid-flight meal service, which interrupted rest period of passengers. But crew explained passengers often felt hungry by middle of the flight, and indeed many instant noodles were served before the second meal service.
