Arrived 10:30am, room not ready yet but that’s to be expected as digital key didn’t arrive too.
Cases to concierge and given physical key for executive lounge.
Up we go , very quiet, nuts, and protein bars available, quick flat white ( very nice ) and off we go up west.
Returned @ 4pm but digital key arrived to my phone @ 2pm, I also for the first time manga to share the key with my friend who is travelling with me ( he is gold ) .
Grabbed luggage and up to lounge to check afternoon tea…

Very quiet atmosphere…….., egg/mayo/cress sandwiches and Black Forest cake bites.
Didn’t indulge as had late lunch in Greenwich but it looked good.

TWIN EXECUTIVE ROOM - no point reviewing as exactly the same as my last report with pictures last year , no changes, all very nice except the complimentary mini bar is empty!…..im not fussed as I’m not a big drinker but if I was paying for this room I would not be happy, that aside everything works well.

Tonight we will relax in the lounge and most probably go for a steak dinner later, there is a flat iron steak restaurant almost opposite the hotel and I can recommend this chain…….. Will report back when I get to the lounge.
