Can't believe there isn't a Rome thread or more comments here - thank you for your post - I just booked this hotel in July. With the AMEX transfer bonus and the hotel being 110,000/night Hilton points, I booked two nights for basically 96k MR (room rate for July was over $1000 USD) so I feel we got a pretty decent deal for a Hilton transfer of AMEX points

Sounds like we potentially want a courtyard-facing room but that might also be an issue if the patio bar runs all night? Anyone have any idea how late the bar is open?

I now have no status with Hilton - will we still get free breakfast? I can't really tell
