BA 72 AUH-LHR 14th MAR 2025 GROUP 0 COMPLETE FAIL

Then the automated call for families with children under 5 and those requiring a little extra time to board.

So far so good.

Then, to hell with the automated announcements and the lady at the gate (not BA staff) called loudly for First and Business Class passengers. So that was it, no group numbers at all.

I asked the lady making the announcements as I boarded and received no understandable response. She did reply in English but the words in the order she provided them made no sense. That’s the most polite way I can put it.

This is my last of 4 BA flights on this ticket. Group 0 success 1 - Group 0 fail 3. Punctuality has been very good though.

Same crew as the outbound. They remembered I didn’t like olives which was a nice touch. They were clearly short of amenity bags as they were handing out some Club World ones in First so I gave mine back. I am so over amenity bags and pajamas now
