This is incorrect. the flight is a 772, which is a 3 class aircraft. There is no true First.
The upgrade from PE was to J. AA just sucks at marketing and IT and often uses flagship business, business, first interchangeably.
They will have access to the FL as they are in J on a qualifying route.
