Yes it is true you were originally booked into Premium Economy but when you have an upgrade that clears you have access to the perks of the higher cabin (including lounge).

Thanks, I’ve actual been in the Flagship Lounge a number of times, I’m just trying to plan my arrival before the flight…less time if it was a no. The upgrade was sold as “to First”, but my seating options are the entire pointy end (and I am, in fact, in the mini cabin for the return). Somehow the Concept D seat I will inevitably be in for the red-eye return will feel anything but “First”.
