My wife downgraded her RC credit card to the chase boundless back in late Jan, the plan was for her to get the sub on the Bonvoy Brilliant card. She applied for Brilliant today and got the message that she would not get the welcome offer due to having RC last 30 days or acquiring the Boundless last 90 days, I cancelled the application.

It has def been almost 60 days since downgrading the RC, Does a product change to Boundless mean that she is subject to a new 90 day waiting period rather than the 30 days for having the Ritz?
