As others had mentioned, the FAs are not allowed move about the cabin during descent, especially during a bumpy ride. There's a whole separate thread on the earlier preparation for landing.

Not sure what OP was expecting for the FA to provide, or what's there to complain about. All service items, including drinks, should have been put away for landing - unlike the situation referenced in the other thread by OP where the turbulence was experienced in the beginning of the flight. A can of seltzer was provided when asked. The plane is at the gate with door open (and yes, I had to look up alighting as well). If additional medical attention is needed, this would be the GA's responsibility, or the flight crew needs to call if the passenger cannot alight the flight by themselves.
