I had the cheesesteak and brussels there a couple weeks ago and the Brussels were very good and the cheesesteak better than I expected.

Overall, the Chase lounge has more food options at any one time, but I also like that the Centurion will likely have much more variety over time (constantly shifting through items, doesn't really get stale, at least to me) and, from what I could tell, feels a bit healthier overall compared to the Chase Lounge options.
