No success with Batik Air's website. Used a VPN but payment would not go through (used CSR). Called Chase and they claimed all OK on their end. I think I read somewhere that Batik won't accept foreign credit cards. Ended up going back to trip.com to book flight.
It looks like at T-48 I have to try and check in and get seats that way. I suppose I will get the app for this purpose. One of my flights is in economy so if I have to pay for seat assignments I will probably end up with similar payment issues. Batik Air sure makes it difficult to do business.
