About the rates, the value of Accor plus is the Red hot rooms. You can find some crazy good prices, and that alone makes the card worthy for me. But I stay a lot in Asia and I am really flexible.
I agree with all your points! Are RedHotRates not available if you don't have the AccorPlus? They are slightly annoying as you have to pre-pay them but my last hotel (that I was staying at off and on for a month) was able to book them so I could pay with points. The Youtuber guy said you can email. Guess just for RhR I'll have to get it again, but I'll go for the lite version at 4000 points then.

I'm also in Asia, and love the value I get with Accor as a Platinum especially using points. Hope to run into you at the next spot!
