Hi everyone,

I will be traveling to Jeddah (JED) on March 23, 2025, on Eurowings flight EW 1158 from Berlin Brandenburg (BER) and will be flying back to Berlin on March 24, 2025, with Eurowings flight EW 1159.

My question: Is a direct turnaround in Jeddah possible without passing through immigration?

Specifically, I would like to know:

1. Can I remain in the transit area between my arrival and departure, even though I am not connecting to another international flight?
2. Is there a transfer counter or a way to obtain my boarding pass for the return flight without exiting the security area?
3. Has anyone had a similar experience at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED)?

Since my layover is short and I do not intend to enter Saudi Arabia, I would appreciate any insights or experiences regarding this situation.
