At least to this American, the lack of pork products at breakfast diminishes the offerings. Some places pull it off, but few. The PHL Centurion lounge does not. From the opening, they've seemed committed to not giving Americans traditional American breakfast offerings. This has forced them to be creative and sometimes that works; most of the time it does not.
