As far as Hyatt Lake Tahoe goes, I understand that the whole private beach area will be closed until q2 2027. To me, the essence of that property is the private beach and the lakefront area including scenic meal at Lone Eagle (which will now be permanently gone). We spent hours at the beach during our stay. Without it, it’s not worth the $$$. The private beach is really your only connection to the lake when you stay there, because I’m guessing most rooms in the tower will not have much of the view of the lake. Last time we stayed we were up on the 8th floor of the 12-floor tower and the lake view was just a tiny peak through the trees.
