Its a big downgrade in service and one of the things customer looked forward to. Completely agree.
They must have meeting after meeting to brainstorm ways to cut costs, the Waldorf now has served canapés in the evening and it makes me smile at the theatre of the way they are served when it’s just cheap party nibbles
