Officially they don't count infants (age under 2) and let them in for free.

I assume that you're Silver, hence you have a lounge entitlement and your wife doesn't. Unofficially, they often let one child in for free (upto around age 5 or 6 they are not so fussy). Two is probably pushing it for an SL. If you were GO or DM they might be more flexible.

In the same or similar scenario as you I've got both yes and no answers. YMMV. But on the balance of probabilities I think a Silver member trying to bring in two extra kids to the lounge may be pushing your luck.
