I just stayed here on an overnight connection, booked a standard room on points and was upgraded to an "Executive Suite" -- the description says "This is a premium suite" I guess because it's a step up from a junior suite? Room x23 at the end of the short arm of the T shape, closest to the parking garage and terminal.
  • There's a half divider between the bed and a couch/easy chair/desk, plus a typical HR bathroom with tub/shower and Pharmacopia products
  • The room lighting felt a bit inadequate, especially the bedroom area which only had four tiny reading lamps above the bed
  • There are two TVs, one in each "section" of the room, each with their own remote, but both remotes operated both TVs, lol so depending where you positioned you have to be careful about your aim when powering on/off
  • Small sliding door opens up fully if want to take planespotting pictures without reflections
  • Sound insulation isn't the greatest, even at this distance some airplane noise can be heard with the sliding door closed and the shades drawn
  • At check-in I was given a $20 coupon for Globalists, good at any of the dining outlets, which I used for dinner at Ace's
  • I was also given a separate voucher valid for either breakfast (which I missed) or $20 off at Jett's Coffee Bar which also has premade sandwiches, etc. -- $20 there covered a sandwich (surprisingly good for premade airport hotel sandwich, fresh produce, decent amount of meat), a bag of chips, a bottled soda, and a candy bar.
  • 4pm late checkout was proactively offered, though I only needed until 2pm.
  • warm, friendly staff all around
If you do want the shuttle, the pre-arrival email includes a link to a shuttle request booking site/app which also functions as a shuttle location tracker. Personally I thought the walk was easy even for a first-timer, with the caveat that all I had was a backpack and a tiny rollaboard and I did it in the daytime. I agree it could be a lot more of a hassle in the dark, or if wrangling larger luggage, or keeping multiple younger/older humans in tow, or if stairs/mobility are an issue etc.

But for someone where those issues aren't a factor, and you don't feel like waiting for the shuttle and looping around all the loops, IMO a quick glance at the terminal map (it's posted on the pillars outside) for orientation is all that's required, just head for the walkway between the two garages on level C (at the end of the first arrow below), and once you get to that point it's a straight shot across the 2nd garage and well-signed (but yes, involves some flights of stairs)

If you exit the concourse on the upper level, the most direct route is through this entrance to the parking garage (if you peer closely at the 2nd sign just barely visible inside the gargae here it says "Walkway to additional parking & Hyatt Regency" but the garage isn't humongous so you could probably enter from anywhere and just head for the center point on level C. If you get lost, look out the back opening of the garage and look for the connecting walkway to see which direction to go.
